ONLINE TICKET PRE-SALES HAVE ENDED. AVAILABLE ON SITE ONLY, BOTH DAYS OF SHOW.
Though patrons are encouraged to come in costume, NO REAL WEAPONS WILL BE ALLOWED! That means no swords, no sword canes, no sword umbrellas, no knives, no guns, no brass knuckles, no retrofuturist tasers (or tasers of any kind!), no billy clubs, no explosive devices, no weapons of your own devising (because we know how you steampunks are) – NO WEAPONS MEANS NO WEAPONS!! Obvious props and prop guns are acceptable and expected.
Also, while we love our furry four-legged friends, NO DOGS ALLOWED ON SITE.
Camping: Campers may arrive as early as 10am on Saturday morning
$8/vehicle; $20/RV (RVs must make reservations at least 1 week before the event, and there will be no electric hook-ups or dumping stations)
Note that when you arrive, you will need to temporarily park your car at the entrance to the campgrounds and take your supplies in (so you may want to utilize rolling containers). After you finish, you will be shown where to park your car in the main lot.
The way camping works is that you will pull your car into an ‘unloading’ area, unload your gear and move your car to parking. Then you will carry your gear a short distance into the camping spaces. We’ll watch your stuff if you need us to! This system exists to prevent erosion on the farm as well as to save campers lives – too many times over the years, allowing cars and campers in the same space has ended in tragedy. And don’t worry, it’s not a huge hike with your gear or anything, we just wanted you to be aware.
Campground attendants may choose to ask anyone to leave the campgrounds for any reason. This means, PLEASE BE A COURTEOUS CAMPER. Excessive noise, unapproved fires, unbecoming or raucous behavior and public consumption of alcohol are all grounds to be expelled from the campgrounds. Patrons asked to leave will not be allowed back into the event.
Remember, though there will be security on-site, everyone is responsible for their own belongings and tent! If it’s important to you, take it – hide it – lock it up.
Campers must have Showdown tickets in hand to get on the campground, or must buy them from the campground attendant.
All vehicles must be gone by noon on Monday the 19th – THOSE WHO ARE NOT WILL BE TOWED!
** This info is still subject to change at any time. **
In case of rain, the Showdown will be re-scheduled for November 24-25.
NO REFUNDS!
